During Sales Promotion period, deliveries may take 3 or 5 working days longer than  usual.

1. Shipping Methods and Costs
   To offer you the best service and ensure fast deliveries we ship with “To Cash On Delivery”. Shipping rates vary based upon shipment type, destination and your rate will be automatically calculated at checkout.
   We aim to dispatch all orders within 10 working days. Estimated delivery times are to be used only as a reference and will commence from the shipping date;

   All orders require a signature upon receipt.
   We are unable to redirect orders once items have been shipped, so please ensure there is someone who can sign for your order at the specified shipping address.
2. Free Shipping   From time to time, we run free shipping promotions which will be notified by email. Please note that free shipping promotions will be applied to your order at checkout.
   In the event that you need to return an item that you bought during a free shipping promotion, we will not consider the outbound shipping costs (since this was free) and you will be charged a return shipping fee as usual.
3. Guest Check Out  If you would like to purchase our products without any registration process, you can proceed as a Guest and can do the purchase by providing the proper communication and billing details.
4.  Insurance   We insure each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you are not the receiver of your purchase (for example a gift order) then the person who signs for the package confirms receipt and is accountable for the package.
5. Tracking your Shipment   We will send you the tracking no. by email once your order has been dispatched.
6. Taxes and Duties   Pricing and delivery costs are displayed while browsing our site.Taxes and Duties will be applied as per the custom duty regulations of the destination Country.
